Violet and her forces went into cover and fired out take down the Grimm until the Plague Doctor landed before them all. The Plague Doctor leaps from bullhead to bullhead, cutting down enemy ships left and right. Stier leads his troops, The Plague Doctor takes care of air support, and Damson hunts down SSMR and WIOW while Nikko leads Project Judicator out to the field. Afterwards, he coordinates efforts with Stier, the Plague Doctor and Damson and Onyx’s pet Grimm, Nikko. Onyx and Damson leave for the fort as the battle prepares.Īs the battle begins, Lavenza orders the fusion cannons to fire and it brings an entire cruiser down. Onyx then moves the completed Grimm of Project Judicator to the Fort and has the final troopers of the Ombre Army stationed there as well. Onyx declares no more holding back and asks Stier if Strike Team Venom is ready, to which, Stier says they are. Damson asks what happened to Roz and Onyx says she betrayed them. The Plague Doctor portals away once reinforcements show up. But, he gets back up and nearly kills Violet, but Amethyst sacrifices herself to save her daughter, dying in the process. As Amethyst and Apatite continue to fight, Violet gets to her feet and unleashes her semblance to knock the doctor out of the fight. The Plague Doctor is able to hold off all three and even redirect some attacks, taking down Violet in the process. The fight forces them out into the hallway of the capital building where Violet sees them and fights as well.Īmethyst portals in to see Violet and Apatite battling the Plague Doctor. Without hesitation, the doctor attacks him and tries to kill Apatite. When the Plague Doctor returns, Onyx reassigns him to kill the Eclairage Family.Īs Apatite is overseeing different files, the Plague Doctor enters his office. Onyx continues saying that he has sent a message with the Plague Doctor to deliver to Vacuo’s doorstep. Onyx says that both Damson and a new Lieutenant to replace Ombre, The Plague Doctor, have been killing several Vacuoan and Valean leaders in hopes of weakening the army. Onyx confirms he killed her and they talk about the pace of the war. Theo states that Onyx is getting cocky and so, orders the attack to happen earlier and to reinforce Vacuo tenfold. While The Plague Doctor has several chances to kill the three, he doesn’t and leaves them a card with Onyx’s emblem on it. As they are talking, the three are attacked by a man in a Plague Doctor’s uniform. Leia, May and Ember are seen patrolling around the city. However, what is clear is he seems to know Vacuo well enough to identify political figures in name alone. It is unclear how the Plague Doctor came into contact with Onyx or what is overall goal is.
